TOURS INCLUDE: Your experienced Alaskan guide will ensure that all your needs are met throughout your Alaska tour. Our courteous staff will be there to assist with decisions and answer any questions. First-class hotels (three star) are used throughout the tour. The Alaska Railroad cars with larger seats, dining car, and shared dome car are used. Luggage handling at all points after reaching your first hotel. Transfers as necessary are all included, such as between the airport and hotel, hotel and rail road depot, and between the hotels and sightseeing tours. Note airport transfer are usually by hotel courtesy van. Meals as stated in the tour itinerary. NOT INCLUDED: Meals are not included in the tours except as noted above. Tour director gratuities. Air travel is not included in the tour. PAYMENT TERMS: A refundable deposit of 30% is due at time of booking. The remaining payment is due 45 days prior to tour departure date. Additions will be allowed inside of 45 days depending on space availability. CANCELLATION FEES: Within 45 days of land tour departure a 100% cancellation fee will incur.
